“One of the key elements to creating this event was to provide an opportunity to raise money for a worthwhile cause while bringing awareness to children who suffer from the effects of heart conditions,” said Great HealthWorks CEO and Founder Ken Meares. “The Omega XL Caring for Kids Day will give families a chance to participate in fitness activities and learn about healthy living. We appreciate the NFL Alumni’s efforts and their crusade in Caring for Kids.  We believe that passion will make this a special fan event that we hope will become an annual tradition.”
