Located at 450 SW 5th St. Miami, FL 33130, the property is minutes from Brickell Avenue and Downtown Miami, with convenient access to I-95. The development features 176 apartment homes for households earning 30%, 80%, and 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Gallery at Marti Park is a 12-story building offering spacious one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 665 to 1,064 square feet. Community amenities include a fitness center with a dedicated yoga studio, residents’ clubroom, co-working center with private pods and meeting rooms, technology-enabled package room, bicycle and tenant storage, on-site parking garage, electric vehicle charging stations, fully integrated high-speed Wi-Fi in common areas, and a landscaped courtyard deck with shaded grilling and gathering areas overlooking panoramic views of the Brickell skyline and Biscayne Bay.
