MIAMI CARNIVAL – This multi-event party includes steel bands, parades, concerts, beauty pageants, colorful and elaborate costumes, scrumptious food and arts and crafts. The biggie events are: Carnival Sunday Parade of Bands and concert, the Junior Carnival, Panorama Steel Band Competition and J’ouvert.
