Marco Brambilla uses computer graphics and artificial intelligence to transform the iconic pavilions of 18 world’s fairs into fluid architectures that float in digital landscapes.

After Utopia: Pavilions and Spirit Lines

Spirit lines, or mottos associated with past and present world’s fairs, serve as ideological anchors for the exterior Bridge Tender House companion to Marco Brambilla: After Utopia.

An exploration of imagination, design, and storytelling, Imaginarium reveals the stories behind  whisky-maker Compass Box’s iconic creations with designers Stranger & Stranger.

This new exhibition examines the cross-cultural web of connections among people, ideas, and movements that made modern design’s remarkable reach and lasting impact possible.

Paintings, travel posters, ephemera, and decorative arts from our collection provide a picture of Genoa as a thriving mercantile and financial center in the early 20th century.

World’s Fairs spotlights the centerpiece pavilions, spellbinding attractions, and uplifting themes that drew millions to cities from Paris to Spokane, often during times of upheaval.

This installation sheds light on the life and times of Harry Clarke, the stories behind his stained-glass masterpiece, and the consequences of cultural censorship.
