Miami’s iconic Temple House leads the celebration of Art Week 2025 with the debut of The Art Peace, the largest permanently lit peace sign in the world. Positioned atop South Beach, this striking sculpture uses 12,787 lights to create a luminous symbol of unity and hope, visible from miles—including from aircraft and satellites.

Inspired by the 1958 peace emblem by Gerald Holtom, artists Daniel Davidson and Ariel Glassman reimagine the symbol for today’s global audience. As one of the first aerial artworks greeting visitors descending into Miami, The Art Peace amplifies Miami’s reputation as a hub for creative innovation.

Seen by tens of thousands during Art Week, the installation transforms Miami’s skyline into a powerful message of harmony, making it a standout centerpiece in the city’s vibrant arts scene. Watch a short video of the installation here: https://vimeo.com/1141581991.
