For Miami Art Week 2025, We Are Ona teams up with Andaz Miami Beach and Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis for a multi-day, immersive culinary installation from December 1st to 4th. This collaboration blends Marcelis’s signature luminous, material-focused aesthetic with innovative menu curation by the José Andrés Group.
Marcelis partners with SolidNature on custom stone tables and Bocci on atmospheric lighting, building on her exploration of transparency and material depth first showcased at Milan Design Week 2023.
