In response to the catastrophic earthquake affecting millions of Haitian families, Mardi Gras Casino is donating twenty five thousand dollars to the American Red Cross International Response Fund.

“We are so grateful to Mardi Gras Casino for providing this vital financial support to the International Response Fund.  This money will go a long way in providing assistance to those so desperately in need,” commented Alicia Laszewski, Broward County Chapter Executive & Regional Marketing Officer American Red Cross South Florida Region.

In addition, the casino will be collecting supplies to ship via Seafreight Agencies to Haiti starting today and continuing through Monday, January 25, 2010. The goal is to ship an entire container with items collected by Mardi Gras Casino.
