Debuting their fully electric truck ahead of their Midtown Miami storefront launch in early 2026, Banana Daddy treated fairgoers to an indulgent first taste of their banana- and coconut-based soft serve made entirely from scratch. Over the course of the week, the truck turned into NADA’s unofficial exit drawing steady lines of artists, collectors, and fairgoers for sundaes, gluten- and dairy-free baked treats, iced coffees, and the limited-edition “Daddy” merch that disappeared almost instantly. With its cheeky personality, bold Miami flair, and signature “Big Banana Energy,” Banana Daddy quickly became one of Art Week’s biggest teases.
