The Latin Recording Academy has announced Leticia Maldonado as the official artist for the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®, taking place November 13 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Maldonado, a Mexican American multimedia sculptor, created a luminous glass gramophone surrounded by colorful roses inspired by her grandmother’s Mariachi roots and Las Vegas neon signs.

Her artwork celebrates the deep connection between Latin music and visual art, continuing a tradition since 2001 of selecting renowned artists to explore Latin culture through visual mediums. The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on TelevisaUnivision’s platforms starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
