Learning, Doing and Dining with Chef Norman Van Aken

Join world-acclaimed Chefs Norman and Justin Van Aken for a series of informative, innovative and dynamic classes featuring their distinctive style of New World cuisine. Each unique class will begin in our state-of-the-art demonstration theater where guests will be treated to a Champagne toast and talk, then join the Chefs for a hands-on interactive cooking class. The evening culminates in an unforgettable restaurant experience with panoramic city views and sampling of the Chefs’ culinary masterpieces.
