TAP provides a free pathway for professionals with bachelor’s degrees and college seniors – not in the field of education – to enter the teaching field in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. The program covers the cost of required courses, state exams and more. You’ll also gain hands-on experience through a paid summer internship before landing a full-time teaching position.
