Miami’s culinary scene is about to sizzle with the return of Latin Restaurant Weeks (LRW), taking place from October 4 through October 18, 2024. Sponsored by U.S. Bank and Elavon, and in partnership with Feed the Soul Foundation, this two-week event is a celebration of the vibrant Latin and Hispanic food culture that defines Miami. Miami, with its rich Latin influence, is the perfect setting for this exciting event. From special prix-fixe menus to exclusive discounts, Latin Restaurant Weeks will highlight everything from street food to gourmet experiences, appealing to a wide range of palates.
Now in its fifth year, LRW invites 70+ Latin-owned restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, bars, and bakeries to showcase their culinary excellence through exclusive, limited-time menus. Participating venues like The Side Chick, La Catrina, Autentica Taqueria, Suviche Wynwood, and Milly’s Empanada Factory will highlight both authentic and fusion Latin dishes at special price points, making it the perfect opportunity for diners to explore bold new flavors. These custom offerings allow chefs to showcase their creativity while inviting patrons to experience the rich diversity of Latin American cuisine. For Latin-owned establishments, participation in LRW is free, with an optional premium package available for $250, which includes added marketing support, social media promotion, and potential influencer engagement.
The event serves not only as a culinary showcase but as an educational platform that celebrates the diversity of Latin and Hispanic cuisines. Diners are encouraged to experience the rich flavors of Latin America while learning the stories behind the dishes that shape Miami’s food landscape.
