WHAT: Supermodel and philanthropist, Lais Ribeiro joins round table in the first bi-annual SUPR roundtable discussion on ‘Empowerment: Honest Voices and Authentic Progress’ at The University of Miami. This discussion will delve into the diverse facets of empowerment, and how individuals can collectively promote positive action. Speakers will share the modern tools available for enabling decision-making, fostering trust, and how to build layers of validation to cultivate a better mindset of curiosity and support.
The evening will be divided into two segments, with the first segment focusing on character development, fostering open and heartfelt conversations among attendees. The second segment will tackle actionable solutions, ending with a Q&A session with the audience. The event will be free to the public. SUPR’s inaugural roundtable discussion provides a safe space to make active progress toward achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a particular focus on SDGs 3, 5, 10, 11, and 17. SURP is a project under Spotlight Media Live LLC, founded by Carl Navarro. Each discussion will bring together an eclectic team of forward-thinking individuals to spark an open conversation about the value of empowerment in unlocking key solutions to our most pressing global challenges.
