Head to Havana 1957 and try not one, but two of their special chef selections with Cuban fare, the Grilled Florida Lobster which is comprised of whole garlic Florida lobster, grilled tiger shrimp, and served with fresh sauteed mixed vegetables and seafood sauce; and the 1957 Surf & Turf made with lobster tail, grilled jumbo black tiger shrimp, Angus skirt steak, and served with steamed vegetables, yellow rice and two special chef sauces.

Dine in coastal style along the Intracoastal Waterway and grab the famed Signature Lobster Broil ($44/$82) a literal platter of a whole broiled lobster, jumbo shrimp, andouille sausage, roasted corn, spinach, grilled lemon and boiled potatoes. If you want something a little more low key, order the New England Lobster Roll ($22) crafted with broiled Maine lobster salad and served on a toasted butter potato roll.

Located along the Las Olas waterfront, Casa Sensei, a culturally immersive restaurant that combines Pan-Asian flavors with the dynamic culinary traditions of Latin America is no stranger to these creatures of the sea. For a twist on the typical lobster dish, try the Komodo Lobster Roll ($25) create with lobster, torched scallops, avocado and topped with masago.
