Helicline Fine Art Makes NYC Debut at The Salon: Art + Design

Founded in 2008 by Roy Goldberg and Keith Sherman, Helicline Fine Art specializes in American and European modernism, particularly WPA-era art. Known for their curated collections of WPA paintings, sculptures, and rare archives—including a notable 1939 World’s Fair collection—Helicline invites art enthusiasts into their Midtown Manhattan gallery by appointment and online via Artsy and 1stDibs.

This November, the duo will make its first appearance at The Salon: Art + Design (Nov 6–10, Park Avenue Armory), showcasing a selection of pieces that bridge fine art, design, and history. Highlights include WPA-era works, the 1939 World’s Fair archive, and rare street lamp bronzes from NYC’s Fifth Avenue.

The exhibition aligns with Helcline’s mission to connect people with art, named after the iconic structure linking the Trylon and Perisphere at the 1939 World’s Fair. The event provides an ideal platform for both seasoned and new collectors to explore their passion for art and design.

In addition to the Helicline site, works can be seen and acquired on artsy.net and 1stDibs.com.
