With February officially underway, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is leaning into the season with its newly launched February Features Menu, a limited-time lineup designed for celebratory nights out, date nights, and everything in between.

Available for a limited time only, starting Monday, February 2, guests can enjoy the delicious taste of Firebirds’ seasonally inspired menu that’s sure to make all lovebirds sing, including:

  • Starters:

o   Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail: Fresh poached shrimp/ lemon/ housemade cocktail sauce

o   Roasted Herb Goat Cheese Fondue: Olive tapenade/blistered tomatoes/ crostini

  • Entrées:

o   Lunch

  • Chile Rubbed Salmon with Lobster Queso: 6oz wood grilled salmon/ lobster queso/ creamy grits/ blistered tomatoes/ seasonal vegetables
  • Grilled Tenderloin Bowl: Wood grilled petite tenderloin/ port wine sauce/ mushrooms/ asparagus/ blistered tomatoes/ Parmesan mashed potatoes

o   Dinner

  • Chile Salmon & Shrimp: Wood grilled chile salmon/ butterflied shrimp/ lobster queso/ creamy grits/ seasonal vegetables.
  • Garlic-Thyme Filet: Center cut/ garlic thyme butter/ port wine demi-glace/ Parmesan mashed potatoes/ seasonal vegetables
  • Dessert (Serves 2-3)

o   Dark Chocolate Cherry Bread Pudding: Dark chocolate sauce folded with cherries and cinnamon bread pudding/ vanilla ice cream/ chocolate sauce poured tableside
