Join Amanda White for a 90-minute class merging Slow Flow with Yin Yoga to target a major muscle group, our HIPS! We will add some mobility movement along with traditional asanas (postures) and longer hold times (Yin Yoga) in deep hip-releasing poses to target our largest muscle group and joint. You will walk away feeling lighter with a bit more pep in your step.
