From online check-in to new social distancing measures, Generator Miami has implemented new procedures to keep guests safe and comfortable. Hotel associates have been fully trained and certified by hospitality hygiene provider ECOLAB who have developed a global program in partnership with Lobster Ink that will enhance the existing standards of hotel cleanliness, sanitizing and disinfection training for all team members Cleaning procedures have been increased with all rooms deep cleaned for 24 hours after check-out. All Generator hotels are certified by the World Travel and Tourism Council as Safe Hotels.
