Garden to Table: Eggplant Parmigiana at Fairchild

This Sunday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, learn how to select and grow ingredients for this fabulous Italian American dish and how to make its delicious tomato-based sauce. This demonstration will have plenty of opportunities for volunteer involvement and is not designed for children under 13. Tickets are $45 for Fairchild members and $55 for all others.
