
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the world’s premier luxury hospitality company, has officially announced the appointment of Keisha Smith as Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer, effective January 6, 2025. Based at the corporate office in Miami, Smith will join the Executive Leadership Team and report directly to Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO.

In her new role, Smith will be instrumental in maintaining and enriching Four Seasons’ celebrated culture, ensuring that its people-centric focus remains a competitive advantage in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent globally. She will oversee all aspects of the company’s global People and Culture strategies, as well as Internal Communications and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Smith has earned a reputation as a transformative Human Resources executive. Currently, she serves as an Independent Director and a member of the Human Capital Committee for Unity Software. Her previous roles include senior HR positions at various public and privately held companies across industries such as fashion, media, and financial services. Most recently, she was the Chief People Officer at Tory Burch, where her innovative talent strategies led to the company’s highest-ever employee engagement scores. Prior to that, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at News Corp and Global Co-Head of Talent Management at Morgan Stanley, where she established a track record for enabling business growth in nurturing environments.

Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia and is a Hudson Institute Certified Executive Coach.
