The Florida Venture Forum and Nair & Co. will present a business education program with a panel discussion led by international subject-matter experts to discuss the most effective positioning and steps for companies considering international expansion. The event titled, “From Garage to Global: The Right Way to Expand Internationally,” will focus on how to penetrate and establish a sound foothold in emerging but volatile growth markets such as China, India and Latin America. The event takes place from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at international law firm Greenberg Traurig, 333 SE 2nd Avenue, 44th floor, Miami, FL 33131. The event is open to the public. Tickets are $45 for Florida Venture Forum members and $60 for non-members.
At the event, Stanley G. “Stash” Jacobs, Jr., Corporate and Securities Shareholder with Greenberg Traurig, will provide welcome remarks. Sir Alan Collins, advisor to the board of Nair & Co., will serve as the opening speaker. Chris Stone, interim CEO of Nair & Co., will moderate the panel comprised of the following speakers: Mark A.
