A Night Honoring Star of Italy Recipient Silvia Barisione
A special presentation and reception celebrating Silvia Barisione’s knighthood, bestowed in recognition of her contributions to Italy as an expatriate promoting Italian prestige abroad. Light refreshments will be served.
Curator Silvia Barisione joined The Wolfsonian’s curatorial team in 2011 after serving as curator and registrar at the Wolfsoniana in Genoa, Italy. She has curated or co-curated numerous exhibitions and written extensively on twentieth-century decorative arts and design and prewar Italian architecture.

The Wolfsonian is located at 1001 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL. The museum is open Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 10am–6pm; Thursday and Friday from 10am–9pm; Sunday from noon–6pm; and is closed on Wednesday.
