Let the summer Shellebration begin! In honor of World Oceans Day, Tinez Farms is excited to invite guests to enjoy a Farm Fun Day with world-renowned professional mermaid, Mermaid Elle on June 7th, and 8th. World Ocean Day is celebrated annually on the 8th of June to highlight the importance of our oceans and promote conservation efforts. This year, Tinez Farms is pleased to invite guests to spend this international holiday enjoying a Farm Fun Day whilst raising awareness. Tinez Farms is located at 16405 SW 177th Ave, Miami, FL, 33187.
The fun, however, will not just end this weekend as the esteemed family-owned attraction farm will be hosting Mermaid Elle Saturdays and Sundays this summer, from June 1st until August 4th, 2024. This effort is part of their year-long celebration. On the heels of hitting a third anniversary, the farm is offering brand new programming during 2024!
Admission to Mermaid Elle’s meet and greet includes photo opportunities in addition to access to the Tinez yard games, animal barnyard, a variety of summer photo-ops, garden maze, zip lines, tubing slide, bounce house, ocean education, story-time, and much more! For less than $35.00, families can enjoy this experience and know that it is all for a worthy cause! Part of the proceeds from the event will be allocated to support Saving the Seas, a non-profit organization founded by Mermaid Elle herself who works tirelessly to inspire the youth to protect the ocean through education and fun!
This exciting addition to the annual programming guests have grown to love and attend, is part of a conscious effort to educate while engaging children, and adults alike. “We are so excited to add this unique feature and welcome everyone to the “shellebration.” We love adding elements to our operation that capture youth, helping them understand the importance of loving and respecting the environment. That includes [both] land and sea,” stated Ruben Martinez, owner, Tinez Farms.
