Kick off the celebration with the Opening Dinner at Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa on Thursday, January 16 at 6:30pm at Verandah. Indulge in a vibrant Celebration of Citrus, where each course highlights the bold, refreshing flavors of the season, perfectly paired with expertly crafted cocktails that complement every bite.

Tickets are already sold out for the Opening Dinner, but other restaurants at Omni Amelia Island Resort and Spa will be offering specials all week long.

At Marche Burette, don’t miss the signature dish: a Turkey, Apple, and Brie Panini. It features roasted turkey, brie cheese, and Granny Smith apples, all drizzled with Chef’s Apple Butter and served on fresh sourdough bread.

Verandah at Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is offering a standout special: A Local Grouper with a blue crab crust, sea salt potatoes, carrots, and lemon butter.
