As part of the third annual Miami Spa Month, guests may choose one of several packages featuring some of exhale’s most popular offerings on any day of the week, July 1 – August 31:
- Mind Body Sampler: A 30-minute deep tissue massage with an emphasis on relieving tight muscle groups to achieve physical and mental health, a 30-minute G.R.N. facial, an eco-friendly treatment that uses a unique blend of essential oils to detoxify and correct imbalances, and your choice of a yoga or the multi-discipline Core Fusion® class on the day of your visit.
- Power Facial: A 60-minute treatment designed to bring skin back to its youth through its use of the potent Japanese mushroom enzyme and non-ablative laser to tackle years of dehydration and sun damage.
- Glow Package: A 30-minute therapy combining dry brushing, a citrus sugar scrub, and hydrating moisturizers to energize and detoxify the skin, followed by a 60-minute Fusion massage, a Swedish-based therapy combining massage practices from around the world.
- G.R.N. Mani/Pedi and 5 Mind Body Classes: A G.R.N. manicure using essential oils and a special Green Exfoliator to promote cell renewal, followed by a G.R.N. pedicure using Avocado and Almond Scrub and a Natural White Tea Spray to exfoliate, tone, and renew.
