I stayed with two girlfriends during Miami Music Week and for Ultra March 20-25. We booked at EPIC based on tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. I have not one negative comment and cannot wait to stay again! Anything you could ever ask for in a hotel, EPIC provided.
The pool was spectacular, with a great view, and a live DJ every day – even a live violinist on the Saturday playing along with the DJ. The staff, especially pool staff, were incredibly kind and accommodating. The room we original booked was a city view double, and we asked to be shown other room options for an upgrade. Someone was immediately with us showing us our options, and we upgraded to the one bedroom suite. All rooms were very well proportioned, clean and welcoming. The suite had a massive wrap around balcony, gorgeous view, and comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in., not to mention the biggest bathroom three girls could ask for. Room service was always prompt, even when the mass rush of people returned from Ultra. The location – perfect. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to anything you could possibly need, and a short cab ride away from south beach.
