EOLA Power, a nationwide leader in mission-critical Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) services, today announced it has been named a finalist for the 15th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Awards. This marks the second year in a row that EOLA Power has been recognized for its innovation, leadership, and aggressive growth.

The prestigious program, presented by GrowFL in partnership with the Edward Lowe Foundation and sponsored by Nperspective CFO & Strategic Services, honors second-stage companies that play a vital role in Florida’s economic vitality. This year, more than 500 nominations were submitted from across the state, representing over 60 organizations. Finalists were selected through a rigorous process that evaluated growth, innovation, leadership, and community impact.

Companies named finalists collectively employed more than 3,000 people and generated over $1 billion in revenue last year, with projections of 20% revenue growth and 22% job growth by the end of 2025.

“Our recognition by GrowFL for the second year in a row is proof that consistency, culture, and innovation win,” said Alex Antoncecchi, CEO of EOLA Power. “We are scaling aggressively nationwide, doubling down on technology and execution in critical power, and building a company that can outlast market cycles. The future belongs to companies that move fast and adapt, and that is exactly what we are built to do.”

The top 50 Honorees will be announced in October and celebrated at the awards ceremony on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Hard Rock Live, Universal CityWalk in Orlando. The event will feature networking opportunities, inspiring presentations, and a celebration of Florida’s most dynamic second-stage companies.
