Miami Beach fine dining restaurant ORO will be welcoming Andy Quinn (The Noortwyck) for a two night collaboration dinner timed to Art Basel on December 3rd and 4th.

Known for its globally inspired menu crafted by Executive Chef Victor Muñoz, ORO delivers an avant-garde culinary program centered on expert technique and the finest ingredients sourced from local purveyors. The restaurant’s seasonally evolving menu highlights ingredients at their peak and incorporates flavors and methods from around the world for an experience unlike any other.

Chef Andy offers a timeless and approachable menu of constantly changing, seasonal dishes. Guests will get a first taste of what to expect at his newest concept, Oriana, which is set to open early 2026 in Nolita. Like ORO, Oriana will celebrate the art of the wood-fired grill, reimagining American live-fire cooking at its most elemental.

During this two night collaboration, guests will gather at ORO’s luxurious patio terrace starting at 8pm to enjoy a 6-course prix fixe menu with items from both Chef Victor and Chef Andy. The collaborative menu will fuse Chef Andrew’s and Chef Victor’s focus on utilizing seasonal ingredients with locally grown produce and fresh protein.

 

Menu highlights include:

  • 1st course – Bluefin tuna with pear, yuzu and anchovy

  • 2nd course – Wagyu Monaka with sour orange, Ossetra Caviar and shisho

  • 3rd course – Rigatoni fra’diavolo with Red shrimp and Uni butter

  • 4th course – Hokkaido scallop with sunchokes, horseradish and dill

  • 5th course – Wagyu wellington with Grilled porcini, black truffle sauce and Yorkshire puddings

  • Dessert – Coffee and donuts, served with an espresso sorbet, malted cream, black and white donuts
