With Earth Day around the corner, we’re toasting the planet in the most delicious way possible: cocktails. These three recipes are inspired by nature’s colors, flavors, and resilience, crafted with sustainable ingredients—making them perfect for anyone who wants to sip with purpose.
Each sip is a tribute to the natural world:
- Sapphiros Bay – Created by Nikos Mantzaridis, Bar Manager at Drift Bar in the 1 Hotel South Beach, this stunning ocean-blue blend will be available during the month of April at 1 Hotel South Beach in honor of Earth month. Bombay Sapphire is the first major brand to have all 10 of its botanical ingredients on track to be 100% sustainably-sourced.
- Golden Hour – A rich, whisky cocktail featuring Aberfeldy 12 that captures the warmth of the sun and those slow, golden spring sunsets that allow us to reconnect with nature. For whisky lovers looking for a simpler alternative, we also love to indulge in Aberfeldy 12 as a neat pour.
- Spring Peach Palmer – A citrusy green tea refresher with Dewar’s 12 Year Old that’s equal parts sweet, tart, and sip-worthy.
