Dry January Done Right: Perry’s Steakhouse Debuts New Mini Martini Trios + Off-Menu Features

Perry’s Steakhouse is kicking off the new year with a fresh way to sip — and sample — during Dry January. Beginning Jan. 2, the premier steakhouse is introducing two Mini Martini Trios, including the new Free-Spirited Mini Martini Trio($15), featuring premium zero-proof spirits and fresh-pressed citrus for guests looking to enjoy bold flavor without alcohol.

January’s Mini Martini Trio of the Month includes:

 

  • The ‘Straight’ Paloma — George Strait’s favorite cocktail made with Código 1530 Blanco, fresh-pressed lime and grapefruit juices, blood orange purée and agave nectar
  • Pineapple Ginger Mojito — Captain Morgan White rum, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, fresh-pressed lime juice, freshly muddled pineapple and mint, topped with ginger ale
  • Cucumber Blueberry Martini — Smirnoff Blueberry vodka with fresh-pressed lime, cucumber and cranberry juices

For Dry January, Perry’s Free-Spirited Mini Martini Trio includes:

 

  • Clean Kick — Seedlip Spice 94, fresh-pressed lime juice, blood orange purée and key lime ginger beer
  • Traditional Faux-Loma — Almave Blanco, fresh-pressed lime juice, agave nectar and ruby red grapefruit soda
  • Spicy Faux-Loma — the same bright citrus build with a spicy finish

 

Alongside the cocktail program, Perry’s is rolling out limited-time Off-the-Menu features for the start of the year, giving guests the chance to sample dishes they won’t find every day. The lineup includes Escargot, Turtle Gumbo, Beef Wellington, Roasted Wild Red Snapper and White Chocolate Cheesecake.
