Roll, mix and sip your way through the art of Italian cooking at Donna Mare Italian Chophouse inside Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club. Held on select Thursdays now through December, this new hands-on culinary series continues on Thursday, August 14 at 6:30 p.m. Guests are invited to learn traditional Italian cooking techniques from Executive Chef Luigi Iannuario in an immersive, beginner-friendly setting. This 60-minute class begins with a welcome glass of prosecco, followed by step-by-step instruction in crafting a divine Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. After the lesson, guests enjoy a three-course tasting that includes a seasonal starter, the pasta they’ve created and dessert. Classes are open to ages 15 and up. Tickets are priced at $85 per person, with the option to include a wine pairing for a total of $125. Private group bookings are also available. Complimentary valet included.
