One of America’s most acclaimed names in Italian cuisine, Chef Michael White will host a special evening at the soon-to-be open Miami outpost of his renowned Soho spot, Osteria Morini. James Beard Award-winning White is the driving force behind the Michelin-starred spots Marea and Ai Fiori in New York, amongst an array of other successful restaurants, and has been named of the 40 most influential New Yorkers under 40 by Crain’s New York Business. White will be joined by Chef Mark Iacono, of the famed Lucali in Brooklyn, NY, whose pizza was named “the most legendary pizza restaurant in Brooklyn” by Insider. Together, these culinary powerhouses will transform this special Festival dinner into an unforgettable showcase of the soulful cuisine and convivial spirit of Italy, complemented by wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
