Iron Chef Marc Forgione, cookbook author and chef/owner of American Cut and the Michelin-starred Restaurant Marc Forgione in New York, NY returns to the Festival to showcase his innovative yet approachable New American cuisine, alongside S3 Executive Chef Jorlian Rivera. Using the best seasonal and local ingredients, alongside wood-burning grill and oven techniques, Forgione and Rivera will tease the palate and weave a web of complicated flavors during a dining experience replete with bold influences and playful touches – aptly paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
