Longtime Festival veteran Chef Alex Guarnaschelli brings the heat to Wade County! Guarnaschelli is known for her roles on the hit Food Network series’ Chopped, Iron Chef, and new primetime series Supermarket Stakeout, as well as for her popular spot Butter Restaurant in New York City, NY. She is joined by none other than the celebrated NBA star and oenophile Dwayne Wade for this one-of-a-kind Festival dinner. Wade, who continues to make waves off the court, has translated his signature joie de vivre into his eponymous line of wines, Wade Cellars, that will pair with Guarnaschelli’s modern American flavors. Together, these masterminds will guide diners through an expertly-crafted culinary journey in the elegant coastal sanctuary of The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour.
