Modern French cuisine is taking over Miami’s Design District at this incomparable #SOBEWFF dinner. Chef Christophe Bellanca, the Culinary Director for Joël Robuchon USA, has worked in some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants over his distinguished career, and is responsible for carrying on Chef Joël Robuchon’s culinary legacy. With locations around the world in cities including Paris, Tokyo, and New York, the highly-anticipated South Florida outpost of Robuchon’s groundbreaking concept, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, will open its doors for a dynamic and elevated French dining experience curated by Bellanca himself. Guests can acquaint their palates with the timeless flavors that earned Joël Robuchon and his restaurant empire an unprecedented 32 Michelin stars, as they sip on wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio in the dramatic and bold atmosphere of L’Atelier Miami.
