South Florida favorite Chef Michael Schwartz’s new Tigertail & Mary has become a lush neighborhood retreat for relaxed american cooking. This James Beard Award-winning chef was inspired by Coconut Grove’s bohemian lifestyle and lush tropical landscape, which is reflected in the cuisine by Executive Chef Stephen Ullrich. Schwartz and Ullrich will open their kitchen to celebrity Chef Chris Cosentino, known for his nose-to-tail philosophy at his Cockscomb restaurant in San Francisco, CA, for this cross-country melding of flavors in the heart of the Grove and accompanied by perfectly paired wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
