Dinner hosted by Brandon Jew and Raymond Lipart of The NYT Cooking Dinner Series

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Palmar Wynwood
180 NW 29 Street
Miami
#SOBEWFF is hosting a celebration of pan-Asian flavors with a western twist, inspired by the vibrant and creative energy of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood at Palmar. Brandon Jew, chef/owner of Mister Jiu’s in San Francisco, CA, spent a decade in kitchens around the globe – from Bologna to Shanghai – only to discover that his greatest inspiration was waiting for him back home – the City by the Bay, herself. Miami native and Executive Chef Raymond Li of Palmar, a modern Chinese concept, creates artistic, elevated, latin-kissed cuisine. Jew and Li will marry traditional pan-Asian cuisine with vibrant, global flavors to achieve extraordinary results during this artistic dinner mash-up complemented by wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio!
Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to tickets@sobewff.org.
