September 11-12, 2010
Saturday:
Men’s/ Women’s Open
• 6:45 a.m.-7 a.m. Check in • 7:10 a.m. Player’s Meeting
• 7:30 a.m. Play begins (There will be referees there and they WILL penalize late teams for points)
Men’s/ Women’s AAA
• 8 a.m. Check in
• 9 a.m. Play begins
Sunday:
Men’s/ Women’s AA, A, BB, Coed Open/AA, Coed A, Coed BB
• 8 a.m. All divisions check in at this time
• 9 a.m. All divisions begin play at this time
Registration:
OPEN DIVISION :
Registration closes on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 4 p.m. There are no exceptions. We will not register your team via phone call, txt message, nor email. YOU MUST register through http://www.active.com/register/index.cfm?CHECKSSO=0&EVENT_ID=1809652
MEN’S/ WOMEN’S AAA, AA, A, BB, COED OPEN/AA, COED A, COED BB DIVISIONS:
Registration will be closed on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 8 a.m.
• There is limited space due to the venue size. Therefore, the registration for Men’s/ Women’s AAA, AA, A, BB, Coed AA, Coed A, Coed B will be capped. For example, if you are playing AAA we will only have 20 teams per gender! Register EARLY!
