Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, the highly acclaimed world-class gourmet restaurant at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, is now offering two spectacular seasonal dining options – a $35 Fall Prix Fixe Menu or a complimentary bottle of Council Oak Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon with the purchase of two entrees. Both options are available Sundays – Thursdays, only.

Additionally, Council Oak is pleased to announce its affiliation with OpenTable (www.opentable.com ), a leading provider of free, real-time online restaurant reservations for diners.  The site offers mobile solutions and apps for the most popular smartphone platforms. OpenTable works with hundreds of distribution partners, including Google, Menupages, TripAdvisor, Yahoo!, Yelp, Zagat as well as local guides and restaurant directories throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

Council Oak’s special $35 Fall Prix Fixe Menu includes:

First course choice of Lobster Bisque, Blackened Tenderloin Beef Tips with arugula, red onion, and bleu cheese dressing; Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with whipped avocado and roasted tomato-chili gazpacho or a Baby Iceberg Salad with crumbled bleu cheese, sliced tomato, red onion and bacon

Second course choice of Pan Seared Salmon with creamy leeks, roasted figs and port wine fig puree; Beef Tenderloin Two Ways with horseradish crust and bleu cheese bacon and red wine reduction; Porcini Mushroom and Ricotta Ravioli with sautéed spinach and pomodoro sauce; Roasted and Stuffed One-Half Boneless Free Range Chicken with wild mushroom risotto, roasted beets and natural sauce or a Petite Boneless Rib Eye with lobster rigatoni and creamed spinach.

Third course choice of a Warm Apple Crumble with a gooey cinnamon swirl pastry with a walnut crumble or a Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee with sweet and salty shortbread.

Prior to dining, guests may opt to enjoy two-for-one well drinks and the high-tech, high-stakes gaming action view from Center Bar during Happy Hour from 5 to 10 p.m.

Sophisticated, yet inviting and friendly, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood Restaurant offers genuine, 100% U.S.D.A. prime dry-aged stockyard beef from a butcher shop located in the front of the restaurant. The freshest line-caught seafood from local waters, plus king crab legs are flown in fresh from the Bering Sea from the boats that are featured on the Discovery Channel hit show, World’s Deadliest Catch. Council Oak also features an extensive wine-by-the-glass selection and intimate wine-bar seating.
