We’ve carefully curated more than a dozen chefs, led by Chef Tyler Florence, to serve up their best birds – paired with refreshing bubbly – at the W South Beach. Florence, a fan-favorite Food Network personality known for the hit series The Great Food Truck Race and cookbook author, is the force behind successful California restaurants Wayfare Tavern, El Paseo and Tyler Florence Rotisserie & Wine. Brut, rosé and more – guests can sip their way through France in effervescent delight as they indulge in bubby from six different champagne houses. This fan-favorite walk-around tasting will once again feature a star-studded group of chefs showcasing both classic recipes and unique twists on mouth-watering combinations of crispy, juicy goodness. Sharpened side dishes along with precisely paired champagnes will fulfill this night of sizzle.
