Luxury women’s brand moves from Brickell City Centre, joining a wave of new retail concepts energizing Miami Beach’s iconic shopping destination
Terranova Corporation, a leading commercial real estate firm, together with Founder/Chairman Stephen Bittel and President Mindy McIlroy, proudly announce that Ché by Chelsey, the upscale women’s boutique, has signed a lease on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The boutique is set to open its doors on June 5, at 830 Lincoln Road, where it will occupy 675 square feet under a two-year lease.
This move marks Ché by Chelsey’s relocation from Brickell City Centre to one of Miami’s most iconic shopping destinations. The decision to relocate stemmed from the brand’s strong belief in the area’s potential and its strategic aim to position itself in front of the ideal clientele the iconic destination offers. Lauren Robbins, a Commercial Associate at Terranova Corporation, brokered the lease under the leadership of President Mindy McIlroy.

Originally based in Los Angeles and most recently operating out of Brickell City Centre, the brand now brings its fashion-forward sensibility to Lincoln Road. Chelsey Comfort, the brand’s Creative Director, studied at UVA, trained at Central Saint Martins in London, and holds a Master’s in Footwear and Accessory Design from Polimoda in Florence. Ché by Chelsey showcases its collections in Milan and Paris, with offices in Los Angeles and production based in the heart of Italy.
