
As MiamiCentral’s Central Fare approaches its six-month milestone, it announces the opening of Sipping Station, a Basque-inspired wine and tapas bar curated by Mario Naar of Chèvre Miami and sommelier Matthieu Yamoum. The new concept joins over 10 food boutiques in downtown Miami’s premier culinary destination, offering Spanish and French bites paired with boutique wines.
Located on the second level of Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, Central Fare continues to build a vibrant community hub, attracting locals and visitors alike. With nearly 100,000 residents nearby and a full private event space, it’s ideal for corporate gatherings, holiday celebrations, and art events, especially during Art Basel season.

- Sipping Station: Sipping Station is a Basque‑inspired wine and tapas bar focuses on approachable, wine‑forward service where guests can grab a quick pour or linger over small plates with plenty of televisions to watch the their favorite teams. Tapas highlights include classic pintxos and small bites built for pairing: anchovy‑laced Gildas, truffled ricotta toasts, hand‑carved jamón, and creamy Manchego. The offering is complemented by a curated global wine list with wines available by the glass and specialty items including caviar and specialty dishes like paella by Chef Claudio Giordano.
- MamaMia Flower Studio: The recently opened Mamma Mia Flower Studio specializes in fresh, unique, and modern floral designs. - El Turco Express: El Turco Express is the little brother of El Turco, which was awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand four years straight. - Peel!: The brainchild of Valeria Alvarez, Peel! brings natural desserts made with whole ingredients to Central Fare. Peel! offers sustainable, healthy and tasty options starting with two ingredients – bananas and coconut milk. This no sugar-added, non-dairy, vegan soft serve is made from perfectly edible, but otherwise bruised bananas to make a creamy treat sprinkled with a variety of toppings to make a delicious breakfast, post-workout refreshment or snack any time of day. Raising awareness for food waste, Peel! uses rescued fruit and recycles every banana peel used for local farms’ compost.
