Renowned celebrity chef Todd English is set to make a bold move into Miami’s luxury living scene by leading the new residents-only restaurant at Bentley Residences Miami. This inaugural project, Proper English by Todd English, marks English’s first-ever private residential dining concept, exclusively available to residents of the oceanfront tower.
Situated in Sunny Isles Beach, Proper English is designed as an intimate amenity integrated into the Bentley Residences lifestyle, rather than a public restaurant. Chef English will oversee culinary operations and actively engage with residents through chef-led demonstrations and private dining events, providing an immersive culinary experience tailored specifically to the building’s community.
The restaurant promises to embody English’s signature approach—refined yet approachable cuisine—drawing from a decorated career featuring multiple James Beard Awards and a diverse portfolio of global restaurant concepts. Positioned as an extension of the residential experience, Proper English aims to elevate the luxury lifestyle of Bentley Residences’ residents.
The tower, located at 18401 Collins Avenue, is a 716-foot-tall oceanfront condominium under construction, developed by Dezer Development in partnership with Bentley Motors. With 216 residences and a planned completion date of 2028, Bentley Residences Miami is a luxury project destined to become a new icon on the Miami skyline.
