CAVA Expands to Miami’s Brickell, Bringing Mediterranean Flavors to South Florida

CAVA opens its third South Florida location in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood at 801 Brickell Avenue. The 2,700-square-foot restaurant features indoor and patio seating, plus digital order pickup and delivery. Following successful openings in Hialeah and Plantation, CAVA is expanding its footprint in South Florida with more locations later this year.

Known for its bold, healthy Mediterranean dishes, CAVA offers customizable bowls, pitas, and new menu items like Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips. The opening aligned with a Community Day event supporting local food insecurity initiatives, raising funds for Good Neighbors Florida.

The new Brickell store will create 25-40 jobs and operate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. CAVA continues its rapid national growth, targeting at least 1,000 restaurants by 2032, with plans to further expand in South Florida.
