“Bubbles and Brunch featuring RaMell Ross”

Part of Miami Art Week the Lowe will host the annual Bubbles and Brunch event followed by the Arnold and Augusta Newman Foundation Lecture in Photography.

Noted artist, filmmaker, writer, and “liberated documentarian” RaMell Ross discusses his latest body of work in the context of his distinguished career in this free public lecture. Earning degrees from Georgetown University and the Rhode Island School of Design, Ross is the recipient of numerous awards and honors. His work is held in significant collections across the nation, and he is currently an associate professor for Brown University’s Department of Visual Art. His book, “Spell, Time, Practice, American, Body: The Work of RaMell Ross,” will be available for sale at this event, courtesy of Books & Books.
