Brightline Enhances South Florida Service with New Capacity, Pricing, and Premium Upgrades

Brightline, Florida’s high-speed rail connecting South Florida to Orlando, announced new operational updates to improve rider experience starting early October. Key changes include increased service during peak hours, with trains every 30 minutes and more frequent stops in Boca Raton—now 28 daily departures, with 80% of South Florida and 90% of Orlando trains stopping there.

Longer trains—up to 10 coaches—will serve growing demand between South and Central Florida, doubling capacity compared to last year. Additionally, Brightline introduces peak and off-peak predictable pricing within South Florida, tailored to commute and event schedules, with special event trains marked as peak regardless of time.

The PREMIUM experience now features added benefits like pre-boarding, dedicated guest lines, priority baggage, and complimentary checked bags, alongside upgraded station food options and a new ticket fee toggle feature on the website. These enhancements aim to deliver a seamless, hospitality-driven travel experience aligned with rider needs.
