Join Kellie Williams, founder of BPM wellness, as she leads you through a 60-minute soulful, hip-hop vinyasa flow designed for all levels. Williams is a holistic fitness specialist and yoga instructor who seamlessly blends music with movement to create a one-of-a-kind, cathartic wellness experience.
Please bring your own mat to participate; a limited number of mats will be available to rent. Before class, meet us on the terrace for happy hour from 5–8pm |
