This June 2025, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort unveils BH Prime, a bold new steakhouse experience that reimagines the classics with global flair, theatrical tableside moments and the elegance you’d expect from one of Florida’s top luxury resorts.
Led by Executive Chef Adrian Colameco, the menu blends timeless steakhouse favorites with subtle global influences – think USDA Prime Longbone Tomahawk and Japanese A5 Wagyu, a Petrossian caviar program and standout seafood entrées like miso-glazed sea bass. Guests can also expect indulgent sides, over-the-top desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Nagypsy and a globally inspired cocktail program developed in collaboration with mixologists from Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok.
