Miami Beach’s premier fine-dining destination, Oro, introduces “Gold Romance,” a Valentine’s Day prix-fixe experience designed for an elegant, indulgent evening. The menu opens with elevated bites such as cassava with scallion emulsion; and tuna nikkei with aji amarillo tiger milk; followed by smoked mushroom potstickers finished with truffle ponzu. Entrée selections include entrecôte au poivre with a gochugaru rub and charred broccolini; or grouper sake beurre blanc served with bok choy and pickled pearl onion. Desserts bring a romantic close with the chocolate brownie-forward Bella Rose or Forbidden Fruit.
