BEING RICARDOS Star Talks Working with Nicole Kidman & Genius of Film

Seasoned comedic actor Jeff Holmansteals the show in this year’s awards season darling BEING THE RICARDOS(in select theaters and now streaming on Amazon Prime). BEING THE RICARDOS is a 2021 American biographical drama film written and directed by Aaron Sorkin, about the relationship between I Love Lucy stars Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem star as Ball and Arnaz. In the film Jeff brings to life high-ranking Phillip Morris exec ‘Roger Otter’ who is in charge of controlling the set and the iconic television show’s content in the biographical drama. When Jeff was in the first grade, he discovered his love for acting and the theatre. After landing the lead role in ‘Noah’s Ark,’ Jeff knew this was something he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Throughout his high school years, Jeff participated in as many school plays as possible before graduating and heading off to the University of Miami where he majored in marine biology at the behest of his parents. After putting acting on the back burner and graduating from the University of Miami, Jeff put everything back into pursuing acting as a career.
In 1997, Holman moved to Los Angeles to further his career and became a part of the union and earned his SAG card after appearing in the film SOULKEEPER. Since then, Jeff has gone on to have rolls in multiple film and television projects including ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” CW’s Jane the Virgin,” HBO’s “Silicon Valley,” as well as Nickelodeon’s “iCarly,” and countless others.
When Jeff isn’t busy in front of the camera, he can be found spending time with his wife and their German Shepherd rescue dog. Jeff has also taken the past 4 years and has been consistently losing weight as he leads a healthier lifestyle and has lost 100lbs+ to tis date through regular exercise and proper eating.
